Job Description
- The candidate must type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.
- The candidate must receive and forward telephone or electronic enquiries.
- The candidate must process incoming and outgoing mail manually or electronically.
- The candidate must send and receive messages.
- The candidate must compile data, statistics, and other information.
- The candidate must provide general information to clients and the public.
- The candidate will be responsible for taking photocopies and collating documents for distribution, mailing, and filing.
- The candidate must order office supplies and maintain inventory.
- The candidate must perform data entry.
- The candidate must provide customer service.
- The candidate must file materials in the storage area.
- The candidate must label, file, and retrieve documents.
- The candidate must organize and schedule office work.
- The candidate must prepare and monitor contracts and budgets.
- The candidate must schedule and confirm appointments.
- The candidate must determine and establish office procedures and routines.
- The candidate must advise senior management.
- The candidate must record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences.
- The candidate must set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
- The candidate must open and distribute mail and other materials.
- The candidate must coordinate the flow of information within the team.
Job Requirements
- The candidate should be fluent in the English language.
- The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.
